Supervision of Education Programs

A core team is composed of staffs from the head office and field offices for management of centers in the field. Education managers are appointed in the field for close supervision, learner motivation, and to provide assistance to the facilitators (center teachers) and to monitor activities of the supervisors and other staffs. Each supervisor supervises about 15 centers. They supervise and monitor activities of the centers, help the facilitators, assess progress and motivate the target group regularly.
