What is SMP

SMP is an education support program for poor meritorious boys and girls, especially in the rural areas of Bangladesh. Life long education support is provided to the students – in the form of scholarship – to ensure that they do not drop out owing to poverty and could continue their studies uninterrupted.

Outcome of The Program

GS scholarships are assisting hundreds of poor meritorious students carry on their studies. Many of the scholars – without the scholarship support from GS – would have to drop out of studies.

Why Should I Sponsor

If you sponsor a poor meritorious student and assist her/him complete higher studies, you are helping a poor student and the entire family come out of poverty. The future generations of the sponsored student are not likely to be poor.

How to Sponsor

This is simpler than you can think of. Just send us a fund of US$1,500 or any of its multiple to GS. Tell us the name of the scholarship program that you are going to start with this fund and tell if you have any instructions regarding selection of students (your choice on the place, grade, gender etc. of the sponsored student).
